properly installed for cylinder liner of mud pump

Regard the use of some equipment, its installation work need be carried out firstly. The same is true for the use of mud pump cylinder liner.Compared with other components, the mud pump cylinder liner is the main vulnerable parts of drilling pump, so we need to pay attention in the installation work as follows:
The mud pump cylinder liner is forbidden to throw, knock and hit, it should be slowly when putting down the mud pump cylinder liner.
After completing the installation,metal parts of the piston and the inner of mud pump cylinder liner does not make eccentric wear phenomenon as far as possible.If the phenomenon occurs, it should be corrected as soon as possible.
It is forbidden to hit the cylinder liner directly using a hammer or other heavy objects .It must be cushion materials such as wood when knocking it, making buffer action by knocking slightly.
Indrawing mud shuold be released out when equipment has not been used for a long time (judge the time according to local ice speed ) under 0 ℃ in winter, preventing ice mud from cracking the inner of mud pump cylinder liner.
We need to check metal outer skin of the piston head before installing piston ,confirming that there is knocking, damage, deformation etc or not. Otherwise,these damage could injure mud pump piston liner, causing cracking.
